Two-story stucco home in Heritage Isle. Pressure wash, crack repair, elastomeric primer, two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration in HOA-approved palette. Trim, fascia, soffits, and front door re-finished.
Suntree, FL
Kitchen cabinet refinish on 38 doors and drawers. Removed all hardware, sanded, bond-primed, and sprayed with Benjamin Moore Advance waterborne alkyd in factory-smooth finish. Reinstalled with new soft-close hinges.
Indialantic, FL
Coastal home one block from the ocean. Heavy salt-air prep — full pressure wash, mildew kill, salt rinse, primer, and two coats of SW Emerald Exterior in satin. Hurricane shutters and ironwork re-finished.
Melbourne, FL
4-bedroom home, 2,400 sqft. Walls, ceilings, trim, and doors. Patched 60+ nail holes, sanded all trim, two coats of BM Regal Select eggshell on walls, BM Advance semi-gloss on trim.
Satellite Beach, FL
Storm damage on northeast elevation — three sections of stucco rebuilt, texture-matched, and primed before full exterior repaint. One project, one warranty, one crew.
Rockledge, FL
Ceiling water damage from upstairs leak. Removed failed drywall, replaced with new sheet, taped and floated, knockdown texture-matched, primed, and painted ceiling and adjacent wall.
