Two-story stucco home in Heritage Isle. Pressure wash, crack repair, elastomeric primer, two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration in HOA-approved palette. Trim, fascia, soffits, and front door re-finished.
Melbourne, FL — Windover Farms
Kitchen cabinet refinish in the Windover Farms neighborhood. Removed all hardware, degreased, sanded, bond-primed, and sprayed with Benjamin Moore Advance waterborne alkyd in a bright, factory-smooth finish. Reinstalled with new matte-black hardware.

Coastal home one block from the ocean. Heavy salt-air prep — full pressure wash, mildew kill, salt rinse, primer, and two coats of SW Emerald Exterior in satin. Hurricane shutters and ironwork re-finished.

4-bedroom home, 2,400 sqft. Walls, ceilings, trim, and doors. Patched 60+ nail holes, sanded all trim, two coats of BM Regal Select eggshell on walls, BM Advance semi-gloss on trim.
