Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of launchpainting.com and the services offered by Launch Painting Co LLC, doing business as Launch Painting Co., a residential painting contractor located in Melbourne, Florida and serving Brevard County, Florida. By using this website, requesting an estimate, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and services

Estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Pricing is based on the scope, surfaces, and conditions observed or described at the time of the estimate and may be revised if the scope or site conditions change. Work is performed under a separate written proposal or contract, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms. Launch Painting Co. is licensed in the State of Florida (License #L26000319115) and carries general liability insurance.

SMS messaging terms

Launch Painting Co. (Launch Painting Co LLC) is the sender of all text messages sent from our business numbers. If you provide your mobile number and check an SMS consent box on one of our forms, you may receive text messages from Launch Painting Co. concerning:

  • Estimate requests and quote follow-up
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
  • Project updates while work is underway
  • Customer service and warranty questions
  • Marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, and service updates — only if you separately select the marketing consent option

Non-marketing and marketing consent are collected as two separate, optional checkboxes. Neither is pre-selected, and neither is required to submit a form, request an estimate, or purchase services.

Content on this site, including text, photos, and branding, is owned by Launch Painting Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.
